Spend Bonus Celebration @ Starview Restaurant

Two of my colleagues, Cheong and Ong planned for us a dinner at Starview Restaurant. Just got our year end bonus, so it’s time to pamper ourselves after one year’s hard work. Cheong suggested “Pun Choi”, so I decided to bring along my hubby too, since we haven’t try on it before . I seldom leave Jack behind when there’s new things to try out. I admit I’m a good wife, 😛 .

Here comes the first dish, the 4 season cold dish. Since all of us were in hunger, we just grabbed all the food, haha…

Our second dish – Mini Piglet (Roasted), crispy skin and juicy meat, best to eat with mini “pau” and the sauce. We took one piece after another, nobody care about either it’s high cholesterol or excessive fats.

Tada…..the abalone Pun Choi, our main purpose for this dinner.

See the precious ingredients for the Pun Choi? Prawns, abalones, mushrooms, broccoli, scallops, pig leg tendon, big fat sea cucumbers, mussels, and lots more. We got lots of collagen from those food.

The “Pun Choi” is definitely a large serving for 9 persons per table.

Drooling? Wanna have some? It’s fresh, aromatic, and sweet.

After the “Pun Choi”, here comes the fried hor fun. May be we were quite full, the hor fun just taste average to us.

Dessert – Ice cream in honeydew puree.

Starview has another 2 branches, Maple Gold in Penang and Starview in Prai.

The dinner cost for RM628 ++ per table. Total bill for the night: RM1405.80.
Divided by 18 people : RM78.00 per head count.

Thanks to Cheong & Ong for arranging this dinner. The food is great! We have a great time !!
