I posted the recipe for Meat Balls Spaghetti Bolognese in last September. Yesterday, again, I cook spaghetti, and this time with enriched flavour.

Ingredients (for 2 person):
a)200 gm of egg spaghetti

b)1 medium size of potato – remove skin, sliced thickly and boiled in water for 4 minutes

es-onion.jpg
c)1/2 onion – sliced
d)1 teaspoon of salt
e)a small bowl of oil
f)180gm minced meat (beef, pork or chicken)
-Marinate with:
1 tablespoon of light soy sauce
2 tablespoon of chopped shallot
1 egg
Pinch of pepper
& let it stand for 30 minutes to 1 hour

i)1 tablespoon of light soy sauce

4)Bring a pot of water to boil. Add 1 teaspoon of salt to the boiling water. Add spaghetti and cook for 8 minutes (refer to instruction on the packing). Remove spaghetti from the pot.
5)Heat 2 tablespoon of oil in a wok. Fry onion until fragrant.
6)Pour in tomato puree, and add the Maggie mix. Stir and mix well. Pour in water and bring to boil.
7)Add potato and a tbsp of light soy sauce, reduce heat, partially cover and simmer for 15 minutes until the sauce thickens.
8)On a plate, add cooked spaghetti, and put few meat balls on top.
9)Scoop the sauce and pour on top of the spaghetti.
