Butter Cake With Vanilla Flavour

Another baking with different premix, I just need to prepare 250g butter, 4 eggs (A grade), and off course the butter cake premix.

Method:

Step1: Grease a 20cm round cake tin. Preheat the oven to 180 deg C.

Step2: Mix 4 eggs gradually one at one time into cake mix. This will take for 3 minutes using electric mixer in medium speed.

Step3: Mix 250gm butter, beat until light and fluffy for 1 minute by using electric mixer in low speed.

Step4: Pour the batter into greesed cake tinand bake for 45 to 50 minutes under 180deg C.
