Fruits & Veggie Pasta Salad

Whenever I’m lazy, I will just prepare pasta salad as lunch or dinner. First, I’ll just grab whatever fresh fruits and vegetables from the fridge. Most of the time, I have pear, green apple, kiwi, small red cherry tomato, white oyster mushroom, broccoli, and capsicum.


Cook tricolor pasta according to directions on package. Drain and cool. While pasta is cooking, chop vegetables and put into a large bowl. Get the broccoli, capsicum & white oyster mushroom boiled in hot water.

Add cooled pasta. Stir in salad dressing.

My favourite salad dressing will be Thousand Island Sauce. 😛
